HERE for Healthy Schools

Aside from a child’s home, perhaps no other setting has more influence on a child’s health and well-being than their school. As more children around the country go back to in-person instruction, it is important to provide teachers with the prevention and education resources they need to encourage healthy habits and combat COVID-19.

Since the best defense against germs is knowledge, we are working with Lysol to create “Welcome Back Packs” designed to help teachers encourage healthy habits into their classrooms in fun and engaging ways.

These Welcome Back Packs will be provided for Title I schools across the United States as part of Lysol’s HERE for Healthy Schools initiative to help curb the spread of illness, including COVID-19, in classrooms. The packs, which will also be available for teachers nationwide to download as well as print online, are filled with fun, educational materials, posters, floor decals and more to educate students on healthy habits. 

Each Title I school that gets a Welcome Back Pack will receive one with materials to be used in hallways, teacher lounges and other common areas around the school, as well as packs for teachers to use specifically in their individual classrooms. The assets included in the packs all follow a dynamic, upbeat and animated theme, and focus on healthy habits such as proper social distancing, cough and sneeze etiquette, handwashing, mask wearing and making sure to alert parents and teachers if a student feels sick.
